At Hey Posy, we take great care in designing and preparing every arrangement. Because flowers are a perishable, natural product, our Returns Policy is designed with this in mind. Please read the details below carefully.
1. No Returns on Flowers
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on flowers or floral arrangements. We are unable to accept an order back once it has been delivered or collected.
2. Replacements and Refunds
While we do not accept returns, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Replacements or refunds may be offered in specific circumstances, at the sole discretion of Hey Posy, where an order arrives damaged, wilted, or otherwise not as described.
To be considered for a replacement or refund:
- The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up
- You must provide photographic evidence of the issue when you contact us
Claims made outside this timeframe, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes
We understand that plans can change, but because our flowers are ordered and prepared in advance, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to an order within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Weddings and Events
Weddings and events are subject to a separate Cancellation Policy, given the bespoke planning, deposits, and lead time involved in these bookings. This policy will be provided to you directly upon enquiry, and its terms will apply in place of the general policy outlined above for standard orders.
