When we're not dreaming up and creating floral design for weddings, you'll find us creating unique custom orders, at styled shoots, running workshops, or styling florals for private & corporate events.

The Process

01 — Enquire

Send through the details of your event: date, location and what you're after, using the form below.

02 — Consult

We'll chat through your brand, vision and budget to figure out what makes sense for your event.

03 — Estimate & contract

Once we have determined exactly what you're after, we'll create a personalised quote for you. If you're happy to go ahead with this quote, you will be required to sign the contract.

04 — Deposit

After you have signed the contract, you will be required to pay the deposit amount as specified on the quote. Once your deposit is paid, you're officially in the Hey Posy calendar. Date saved, woohoo!

05 — The event

We handle delivery, setup and (where needed) pack-down, so you can focus on everything else.

What types of events do you do?

Hervey Bay, Queensland, however we service weddings all over the Fraser Coast and Wide Bay Burnett regions.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Scroll back up to our handy Wedding Pricing Guide. We do have MINIMUM SPENDS when it comes to our wedding floral design.

Is there a minimum spend?

Dried : At least 6 weeks notice for dried flowers.

Fresh : We are happy to take a deposit to secure your booking from 12 months out from your wedding date.

Can you match our brand colours?

We never promise our brides any particular flowers. We're working with mother nature and seasonal availability as well as market availability and importing issues. We would hate to disappoint you in the case we can't source the product. Instead, we encourage our clients to focus on an overall aesthetic - a vibe that you want your space to feel. We take into account your preferred flowers and do our best to source them. As the experts, we'd love to open your eyes into the world of flowers + design.

Do you handle setup and pack-down, or is it drop-off only?

Absolutely, with ten years experience of weddings across the Fraser Coast - we know all the best vendors, Locations, wedding day timelines etc. We are always happy to serve our couples with any ideas, tips, recommendations, & advice in these areas. 

If it’s a full Co-ordinaton, Planning, Styling of your wedding day you are looking for, “get in touch here - or email etc”. We exclusively offer this additional service to 3 couples each year - making sure the planning process is smooth from start to finish & your day is perfect.
